Package the items for return and place the system-generated prepaid label you received when completing the return form on the outside of the package.

Please ensure that all returns are sent separately.</p>
<p>Each return shipping label is uniquely encoded and associated with a particular order. If you send two or more returns in one box, only the transaction that is associated with the label on the box will be processed. If there is more than one label on the box, only one label will be scanned. </p>
<p>If you ship two or more returns in a single box, one of the returns will not be processed and you will not receive a credit for that item.</p>
